Router is a Verizon FIOS Quantum Gateway G1100.
I simply had to set the router to Bridged Mode. Did some asking around and figured it out. I know I can NOT use the Verizon router and take the connection directly into Untangle, but if possible, I would like to keep the Verizon router inline as it would be a quick plug in to bypass the network and check FIOS connectivity if needed. Is there something within the Verizon router I need to configure differently to allow the Untangle appliance to utilize the internet connection? Or something I'm configuring wrong in Untangle? I can't find any info about it and Untangle tech support thinks it's on the Verizon side. Seems like it's not passing along the internet connectivity to any client. The connection is recognized (green dot, etc.) but when I route traffic to the Verizon connection, I have no connectivity. I've attempted to configure it in Untangle with a second Static IP. I have configured one of those in the FIOS router and it works great. I have a block of 5 static IPs from Verizon. I'm now trying to configure it so I can integrate it into Untangle so we can actually utilize it. Comcast and WS are currently configured within the Untangle unit and working fine with traffic flowing. We currently have 3 ISPs: Comcast, WindStream, and Verizon FIOS. I'm having an issue adding an ISP to our security appliance which is Untangle. The pieces are connecting slowly, but connecting. Still a noob when it comes to network stuff.
